Let me first congratulate you for the patriotic work you are doing. We are very proud of you. I am writing to comment on recent articles by Kemo Cham, who hails from Sukuta.
He is writing on Freedom Newspaper everyday about the same nonsense. We all know he is lying. He ran away not because of anything about the disappeared journalist, Chief Ebrima Manneh. Hello! We know everything about Ebrima Manneh from Ousman Darbo and Manneh’s other brave colleagues at the Daily Observer. There is nothing new for him to tell us, Period. This Kemo Cham ran away because Pa Malick Faye got the job as managing director of the Daily Observer. Kemo and Dida Halake (who was disgracefully sacked and later placed in police custody), were plotting with their big boss, Neneh Macdouall Gaye for Dida Halake to return as the DailyObserver's managing director when Neneh was on her way to Washington, DC.
Do you remember when Dida wrote on Freedom Newspaper just about the same time, saying he hopes to return “INSHALLAH” as MD of the Daily Observer? And he again went on to say on Freedom Newspaper that Yahya Jammeh should sack Isatou Njie Saidy and appoint Neneh as Vice President.

The staff at the Daily Observer were not happy about Mr Halake's hopeful return, so they complained to the board chairman, Alagie Momodou Sanyang, who forced Neneh to allow the staff decide who they wanted as her successor. Most of the staff recommended Pa Malick Faye to be the new boss. It was then that Dida started instigating his boy, Kemo Cham, to undermine Pa Malick Faye and Momodou Sanyang. In the end, Kemo Cham ran away and Neneh Macdouall was sacked. Everything collapsed for them.
Now he is in hiding in Senegal, very desperate and he thinks that by lying that he was persecuted while at the Daily Observer thinking that would get him a refugee status or political asylum in the United States or Europe like other journalists. Kemo Cham and his boss, Dida Halake are just using Pa Ndery but he does not realise it.
He is talking about press freedom and human rights. Why did he not talk about them when he was enjoying at the Daily Observer. He was the one writing all those lies about Gambians abroad and the opposition as enemies of Gambia. What is he now? Let him eat back his own words. He is just acting like his so-called boss Dida Halike (and by the way, the word "Halake" means a person who is cursed in Wollof). I agree with everything the Watchman, D.A. Jawo, my brother Abdou Karim Sanneh, Sheriff Bojang Snr, PK Jarju and Matthew Jallow wrote about Mr Halake.
Kemo and his mercenary boss, Mr Halake licked the dirty ass of the dictator, and when he had no use for them they fled and they are now pretending that they were decent journalists and that we should give them our respect. These were the people who were singing the praises of the dictator when he was killing, driving people into enforced disappearance and torturing our brothers and sisters.
Pa Nderry, I don’t think you will see these people’s bullshit published in respectable newspapers like The Gambia Journal, The Gambia Echo, Senegambia News or Gainako.

And all the praises these two runaways are giving their disgraced boss Neneh, we Gambians know better. She is the one of the most evil women in Gambia. She will do anything to climb up and be close to Jammeh. Do you know her dirty role in splitting our student union? Do you know her role in the massacre of our fellow students on April 10 and 11? Do you know how she lied and tried to destroy the marriages, lives and livelihoods of many, many Gambians just for greed and jealousy? Do you know her role in destroying Gamtel? What about her shady deals in the multimillion dalasi phonecard scandal?
One final question, where on earth did she get the millions of dalasis she spent to buy one of the most expensive prime real estates in Gambia next to one of Basiru Jawara’s mansions near my former bank in Bakau? Is this the woman you want us to believe as a saint? You too are either ass lickers bootlickers or ignorant.
Please just shut up. Gambians are very smart people. Don’t take us to be fools.
