Dear Sankareh and Mathew,

Every blessed morning for the past two years, I have been a constant reader of both the The Gambia Echo and Freedom Newspaper as my sole sources of info about my beloved country that I left behind. Quite frankly, the journalistic acumen that both Mathew and yourself portray are way, way above the mediocre standards routinely displayed on the Freedom Newspaper. I often wonder who proof-reads some of the editorial published in the Freedom Newspaper prior to publication.

From what I have read on both publications about this argument, Mathew seems to be the sane individual here, and I urge you both not to get involved in Pa's egoistic lunacy. You often come across in your publications as being way above this kind of rubbish. I am absolutely sure you do not need any outside intervention on this matter from anyone; but as an avid, daily consumer of your publications, I would advice you guys to ignore these nincompoops. Keep on pumping out the well-researched publications we continue to read and enjoy on the Echo and let the idiots wallow in their own idiocy. In my opinion, anyone who reads both of these papers on line on a regular basis, and have been following this latest saga between Mathew and Pa Nderry knows where the truth lies.

Quite frankly, it takes more than a degree to be a seasoned professional in any walk of life. And no one will fool me on this one. I hold a D Phil., two MSc's, a BSc. Hons and a couple of professional certificates. Guess what, I have been a street cleaner for a municipality, a postman, a kitchen boy and sales rep. before I got to where I am now.

Just in case you intend to publish this info., I can swear by the life of my living mother that both you and Mathew have never met, nor do you know me. Undoubtedly, you would know exactly which family I hail from if I were to grant you access to my full name. And here is some additional info. I do not live in the USA. By the way, this isn't meant to pump you up in any way, Just a heart-felt truth that had to be churned out of me, and quite frankly, I do not give a 'cotton-picking monkey' what any reader says about it. This isn't offensive material. I'd just love to see you guys fill your editorial pages with what is significant to us, (the readership) and ignore the fools around us.

As the wolof saying goes "kou ayaneh sa dunda rek sa deyin nyow" Meaning he or she who is jealous in life, your demise will be tragic. Do not be shaken Mr. Jallow, this man in the person of Pa Nderry seems to harbor a lot of hatred and immaturity in himself. Many Gambian readers of the online media portray him as a liar and disassociate themselves from his newspaper, as not a good source of information to rely on. One with a good reasoning can tell when you read this man's stories as a journalist, that there is always grudge and immaturity involved in his writings.

I am therefore urging you and your team to keep up the momentum and continue the good work you're doing to inform the masses on issues pertaining to our dear motherland, The Gambia. Folks like me rely on your media outlets; The Gambia Echo, Gainako, Senegambia News and allgambia.net for pertinent and divergent views because there is a high level of professionalism and maturity involved in your work. You're not always in a hurry to hear the noise of a crack, and say the cane is broken. You always investigate and make sure things are straighten before going to press. He is attacking you and others, but he needs to know that a person on a battle field should not laugh at his or her fellow combatant when being shot. I do not know you or him, but he needs to be very careful.

We are humans, and therefore incomplete. One is liable to make mistake at any giving time. Here I rest my case.

Dear editor,

I think you should now believe me when I wrote to you sometimes last year that Pa Nderry is a big hater. You have seen it yourself now. He is not good for our country, trust me. if we don't stop this idiot from fabricating stories and making us look bad, I swear we won't achieve our dream. I think its high time for every Gambian to say 'No' to his nonsense reports. You will not have an idea how many people Pa sent to jail, how many people lost their lives, how many people lost their jobs and how many people divorced because of his stupid and selfish hate reporting. I think it is high time every Gambian stand up and stop this man with his stupid online Freedom Newspaper to the garbage.

Editor, I didn't even finish high school but the little thing I understand and know, Pa Nderry is not good for our country and he should be stopped immediately.
